Me and my Mentor (Ranger Luna) talked on the phone for about an hour yesterday. I want to thank all of you Rangers that came up with this program, I think it will help DEP's tremendously if they are serious about trying to learn from their mentor.

I've been doing PT regularly for awhile now getting ready to ship....this sat was my prom...afterwards, my GF stayed at my house, I did 50 PU's before I laid down to go to bed, she was lookin at me like I was crazy...but I did them..... ....She says she can notice the difference too! :twisted:

Ranger Camaro, I broke my ankle last year during the basketball season. You probably got a bad sprain (sprains are usually worse than breaks) and tore some ligiments. If rolling your ankle is a problem, get a Level 3 brace. If your intention is to just keep some pain away, I'd say get a Level 2 brac...

Roger that Ranger Luna, I got down on the floor and did 70 PU's, ( 2 x 35 ). I'm in the comp lab so it kinda weird but my teacher used to be Army MI so its all good!
