Me and my Mentor (Ranger Luna) talked on the phone for about an hour yesterday. I want to thank all of you Rangers that came up with this program, I think it will help DEP's tremendously if they are serious about trying to learn from their mentor.

I broke my ankle last year during the basketball season. You probably got a bad sprain (sprains are usually worse than breaks) and tore some ligiments. If rolling your ankle is a problem, get a Level 3 brace. If your intention is to just keep some pain away, I'd say get a Level 2 ...

Roger that Ranger Luna, I got down on the floor and did 70 PU's, ( 2 x 35 ). I'm in the comp lab so it kinda weird but my teacher used to be Army MI so its all good!
