I responded Ranger Invictus when he asked who graded me. I mean no disrespect to anyone in the military, i respect them over anyone. I make scraps compared to what the military will pay me. I'm not trying to say i will or even can make more than what the military can offer, i decided to serve and was not looking at the money options. No disrespect intended Rangers.

There are flaws in your punctuation. Fix that, this isn't "myspace".
Here's your first learning point. Addressing us in the correct manner is not to feed our ego, it serves as a constant reminder to us that we are expected to constantly lead the way by example. Answering a post without identifying who you are talking to smacks of the familiar. We are not your familiar. This is not to imply that we are better than you it is to help instill something that you young fuckwits sorely lack. Courtesy.
There's a difference between courtesy and respect. Respect in our world is earned between fellow professionals. Whether or not you respect me doesn't factor in. In a couple of years from now it may. For now we will make do with the basic rudiments of courtesy.
My Tab is fucking older than you...so I expect you to be polite in any discourse between us.
This could be an easier concept for you to wrap your tiny mind around if you will re-read the fucking rules and comply properly.

While I appreciate the thoughts. Your response was marginally acceptable, at best. 201 words with more than a dozen typograph errors! One of the skills you are expected to develop is communications. You must be able to read and write -- so that you and the other members of your unit can understand what you are doing. When I gave you the task, I told you to take your time. This paragraph looks like it is pure thought stream. If you turn in this sort of thing in school, I'm sure yur teachers are disappointed. But, I'm not employed by the public schools. I do not have to tolerate poorly constructed writings -- and I won't. The point I make here is that you need to pay more attention to detail and to make better use of available resources. Time is one of your most valuable resources -- don't waste yours or mine. Never, never quit!
