Report Date: 20060716

Start Date: 20060717

End Date: 20060804

I'll keep everyone informed of my progress. Thanks for all the welcomes. I will give it my all and then some.

I guess things have changed.......when dates for PCS'in were assigned back in my day it would read

Report Date: 16JUL06

The start date was not mentioned nor the competion date.

Times they are a changin......

BTW what is it about 1st Bat that has you panties in a wad, you should know that if you do in fact complete Ranger School and ROP or RIP if things have recently changed, you'll be luckly to get your Bn of choice.

I have a follow on assignment to 1st Battalion after I complete ROP. I have to Pass ROP or my assignment gets deleted.

I've seen this before, are they going to send you to Ranger school right after completion of ROP? Either way, good luck.
