Re: SITREP- Brady

Brady, since you are in AIT land make sure you taking advantage of the down time when you get it. Run that extra mile, do more than your classmates and I promise you it will pay dividends.

Remember, everyone wants to do this until its time to do it. Don't quit.

Re: Introduction-Marcel

Marcel, good Sitrep.

Being sick sucks, it's always no fun. Make sure you are taking care of yourself and re-attack the test.

Calculus is a fun course, I took it this semester.

The difference between successful candidates and unsuccessful candidates is grit, and drive. If you want this bad ...

Re: SITREP- Brady

Brady, great to hear from you.

Your line scores for pushups plank and run are great, but what are you doing to improve the SDC and deadlift? By now, you should be established in AIT. How is that going? Keep us updated and keep your eyes on the prize.

Re: Introduction-Marcel

Marcel, welcome to ArmyRanger.com.

I'm sure you've seen that it is a ghost town these days, but the information here has helped those who actually want to be a Ranger achieve their goals. So I'll ask you this, what do YOU want to do? You mentioned that your parents were both Dr.'s in the military ...

Re: SITREP- Brady

Brady.

You should be in the MEPS hotel right now getting ready to embark on the journey/adventure of a lifetime. What you'll get out of it is up to you. You've done more prep work than your average dude showing up to Benning. Keep refining your fitness and mindset as you go through, keep us posted ...

Re: Introduction-Brady

Excellent, add your ship date to your bio. Also, as the time comes closer to you shipping out, you will open a thread in the Letters From School Thread.

Work on your knowledge, and keep reading around this site. Lots of good stuff here.

Re: Introduction-Brady

Brady, check that first sentence. Tell me what's wrong with it and do wall sits.

Also, good response. Professionalism is key, Regiment is no place for egos.

Keep us updated on your progress, and for fucks sake do not call me sir. I was enlisted......

Re: Introduction-Brady

Brady, Welcome to ArmyRanger.com.

I was in your shoes about 8 years ago. My advice to you is to start physically and mentally preparing for what is coming ahead of you if you decide to enlist with your Option 40.

In the meantime, I HIGHLY, HIGHLY, HIGHLY suggest you start poking around this site ...

Welcome young man, thank you for having the balls to step up to the plate in your quest to become a United States Army Ranger. Use the search button religiously, there generally isn't a question you may have that hasn't been asked before. If you're diligent, you'll find the answer. Good luck to ...

Re: Introduction- Jodari

Jodari,

If you make it to RASP you will see that these motivations are a common theme. Ranger Regiment is comprised of individuals who are able to self motivate, work together in a cohesive unit, and actually WANT to do their job.

Keep us posted.
