While following Ranger Silverback's stickied push-up schedule (written by Robert C. Shouse), I found it a little difficult to recognize which routine falls on which day. For my own personal uses, I created an Excel spreadsheet that outlines the entire schedule on a single page (landscape), which not only allows me to see the entire schedule laid out in an easy-to-read format, but also allows me to check off routines and keep track of my progress.
If anyone else is attempting to follow the schedule and would like a copy of the spreadsheet, please let me know. I would be glad to e-mail it to anyone who cares to use it to improve his or her APFT push-up score.
