Introduction of a Soldier

Post by DonaldWhiskey7072 »

Hello to all the Rangers.

I'm an 11C stationed in Ft. Hood with the 3rd Armored Calvary Regiment. I'm currently deployed to Iraq living the great life in the fun and sun. The Big Army is alright but I want to do greater things and I know the Ranger Regiment is that great thing. I hoping to start a RASP packet when we return to the states and I'll be cruising around the site for knowledge and insight from you great Rangers. I'm looking forward to the future and will see you around the forums!

Welcome & stay alert over there!

There are several recent threads from soldiers doing exactly what you want, loook for those. You're already a soldier so you should have it knocked. Just get in the best shape you can, learn the Ranger Creed and get squared away best as you can on all the basics. A Ranger handbook would help also.
All the best Trooper.

Welcome and stay vigilant over there bud.
Civilians, will never understand us. Our desire to be at the worst possible place at the exact wrong time because we hope to make a difference even if it costs us our lives, are incomprehensible to them. And yet it is so. Our prayer is not, please God, let it happen on my day off; but please God, don't let me screw this up.
