Anyone around DC or NYC?

Rangers, Vets, DEPs, Newts:

Is anyone located around the DC or NYC area? I attend school in Maryland and will live in NY over the summer (about 45 minutes north of NYC).

I'm not ready to request a mentor yet (since I won't be able to sign a contract for at least six months), but I'd love to find a training partner or even just someone to talk with regarding their Ranger/Army experiences. My local recruiters are not Ranger-qualified and I'd be the first in my family to serve, so I have no direct personal connections yet... but I would like to build some.
