Checking in...
Greetings from the sandbox,
I stumbled across this site looking for a book to read actually. Still haven't found the book but I enjoy the site. I'm a former 91b 92-98, spent a few years as a civilian paramedic and went into the AF right after 9/11. Now I'm a medic with a security forces unit and I find myself with the opportunity to go to ranger school so I'm doing a little research and trying to get myself as prepared as possible. Thanks for the site and the service guys.

There's no cable at RS?!?! What about room service, they have that at least right. It's bad enough that there's no cable but no room service would be over the top.
Haven't gone to PRC yet. We had December slots I think but deployment came first. I'm learning to enjoy walking everywhere again though and dropping my run times. These feet haven't done any serious rucking since I got out of the Army in 98. Glad to know I'm not the only AF guy around here though. Thanks for the welcome Rangers.

I had two buddies go through the PRC in December at Moody... they said it was a smoker. One of them was a PRC teamate of mine, and one of them is a buddy of mine from where I am stationed.
