Stationary Bike

Post by Merczateer »

Hey Rangers, I'm new to this forum and have done lots of reading since I got here. But I just had once question I haven't had answered by reading the Threads on the site. Anyway I'm just curious to how many of you Former Rangers and Current Rangers use a Stationary Bike in your daily PT lives. I own one and ride it often, I also run and have just started Ranger Silverback's Killer Sprint work.
I'm getting off track here.
How man you have used a Stationary Bike and would you recommend it for Future ArmyRanger.com members and/or current members to help with conditioning.

I'm aware that some of you have posted in the PT section about using a Stationary Bike. I was just curious to how many of you recommend it, or if you have tips or a Training Schedule you would like to post.

Thanks All,
Newbie Merczateer

Just about any exercise is good, but some things are better than others and it varies person by person. You want to be a Ranger, right? Well how many stationary bikes do you think there are there in the Regiment?
