Pretty sure nothing will become of this. However, if indeed true and Obama were removed from the ticket, the rioting in the streets would make the Rodney King riots look tiny by comparison.

This is just complete crap. During the primaries you don't think the Clinton Machine would have found this and sunk him like the Lusitania if it were true?

This is gonna be worse than Bubba's administration if he does get elected. The y are going to dig up any and every little piece of shit, throw them against the wall and hope something will stick

For the record:

A: I still think McCain is going to somehow pull off the mother of all rope-a-dopes and win.

B: I never really liked Clinton. I think he has zero integrity and is a spineless little shit based upon the whole "I smoked dope, but didn't inhale" comment. Bullshit. I would have said "Fuck yeah I inhaled, a lot! I looked like Bob Marley in the middle of a three alarm fire! However, it was only one time, I didn't like it, and never touched it again in my life..."

If you look it up, you will see the inconsistencies of his birth record. I feel like a damn conspiracist, but if they can prove me wrong then so be it. If Obama can get away with Michelle's Anti-American statements, Reverand Wright, his socialist comments, Bill Ayers, drug use, becoming a senator UNOPPOSED, his terrorist paternal cousins, playing the race card, etc etc etc I could go on, then he will get away with this. It's terrible that this news won't even hit CNN. But if any of this was related to McCain, all hell would break loose.

Ranger The Sleepy Doc, I should probably have not been too quick to judge. Afterall the man who did the studying on his birth certificate is an active member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, American College of Forensic Examiners, The International Society of Forensic Computer Examiners, and International Information Systems Forensics Association. He sounded like he knew what he was talking about. I do find it strickingly odd that this didn't even make the big news though (except for the bottom of the screen on FOX). Word has it is the case was closed almost immediately, not even giving much of a chance for Berg to explain his reasonings. I think a few Democrats need to be fired for failing to promise an "Open and Fair Government" and to "uphold the United States Constitution" because obviously they are too incompetent at doing so. All in all, I think it was a subject definetely worth questioning. As much as I don't want to admit it, Obama is going to win. Not because he would be a better president, but because he has a better image. This isn't a presidential election, it's a freaking beauty pageant. I "hope" that this "change" isn't going to be for the worst.

Article III standing requires that the plaintiff demonstrate an individual injury and prohibits "generalized grievances." Any purported injury that would grant equal standing to all U.S. citizens or taxpayers is negated as a part of this prohibition (with one exception irrelevant to this case). There was no bias; the judge had to toss it.

Got that thought out of the way on a separate forum... =p
