The Democratic National Convention Leaves Its Trash Behind

Have you ever wondered what happens to those flags after the convention? The mystery is solved… and RedState has all the proof in pictures. RedState gave us a bird’s eye view of the convention trash when all the folks left the Pepsi Center….when the speeches were done…..when they all headed to the over the top coronation at Invesco Field. It wasn’t a pretty sight, so much for recycling.

I heard about this the following day of the DNC, when a caller to Rush L. told of the patriotic flag-waving Obama-nation Americans and where all the flags they were waving, landed dumped on the floor & eventually in the fucking trash. I just hope the same thing didn't happen after the RNC.

At the Brooklyn VAMC there is a box (similar to a mail collection box) for used/tattered/damaged Flags to be collected & then disposed of properly. I'll try and get a pic of it Tuesday.

Yet another example of the kind of "pride" in country we should expect to see under Obama's leadership. He lost my vote months ago for two important reasons, among others:

1) He referred to 3,000 heroe's sacrifices as "wasted" at a rally in Ames, Iowa. (You can verify on the internet by searching under Obama and 3,000 lives wasted.)

2) He repudiated his former pastor for outrageous statements, (I know the pastor was a marine, and respect his right to say what he wants) and rightly so, but said nothing after Harry Reid, in a position of power in the United States Government, said the treasonous words, "The War Is Lost."
