That's a pretty shitty intro. I looked up WEAK in Websters just now, and your intro was the definition.

Try it again hot rod...

Oh, and welcome to the site.

Kevin, a man has only one opportunity to make a favorable initial impression. Yours is so sketchy, I would ask you to sit down and do it again. Read a few of the other introduction threads and you'll see what I'm talking about. Tell us a little more about your background. Where are you going to school? What is your major? Give yourself a PT test. This will begin to let us know who you are. If you wish to earn a place in the 75th Ranger Regiment, you came to the right site. For several years now, we at armyranger.com have been preparing young men like yourself for service. Read the FAQs, as well as selected stickies and threads. Never, never quit!

Ok sorry rangers, I've had an interest the army at a very young age. I come from a family with a long line of military service mostly Army. I am attending the University at Buffalo studying social science and legal studies. I have also studied Spanish and Arabic; I will be graduating with a 3.4 gpa. As for PT I have timed around 16 min for 2 miles, 50 pushups, 40 situps. I am also currently enrolled in a independent study class with a fitness instructor from the University and I am working out every morning. The fitness routine includes 3 miles every other day (M,W,F) and weight training on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I'm currently in the process of talking to a recruiter and getting an option 40 and I could really use some advice. I am 100% serious and have a true commitment.

KOD,

None of us are "sorry rangers".

Read the FAQ's, Stickies and other important bulletin announcements at the top of every part of this website, before you post. It will pay off in the long run.

The search button will become a close friend of yours, if used properly.

Welcome to ArmyRanger.com!

Beat me to the punch.

You need to capitalize 'Ranger'.

Welcome and thank you for your interest in becoming an Army Ranger. As others have repled, your initial introduction was not to standards. Your second attempt contained some errors in word usage. You are not the first to do so and will not be the last. What should be important to you now, is to square yourself away, get yourself informed on how this site operates and earn the opportunity to take advantage of what is offered here. If you truly want to be a Ranger, this is the place...

Welcome! Thanks for your interest to serve our great country! You can learn a lot here from men who have been there. Look, listen and pay attention to details. (A most important trait)
