CROSSFIT question

Post by 23LRS »

I have a question concerning Crossfit. I know they post the daily workout on their website, but do they have a book or manual that I could take with me during a deployment so I could follow the work out if I don't have computer access?

23LRS, I don't know about a book, but you could write down all of the different workouts. When you get deployed write each workout on a small piece of paper, put them all in a bag, pull one out per day and do that workout. I know of some other people that do this.

I have not tried it, so I do not know if this will work with their site or not, but try copying and pasting into a word document.

Thanks, I think both of those are good suggestions!

Try "Never Gymless" by Ross Enamait...all body weight or minimal equipment stuff and around the same principles as Crossfit.

I don't do crossfit every day, but I do occasionaly work it in to PT in the morning. On Saturday I was in the gym here at Drum doing a workout that had some burpees in it. Some dude comes up to me and says "man F that shit...that's gonna break you off" We kept working out. A minute later he comes up to me again and says "what are you training up for?"

I looked at him and said "war"
He didn't know what to say and walked away.
