Hello, My name is Ronald and although I'm not in the DEP I'm not a ranger (yet) so i guess this is appropiate. I'm a 17 year old split option soldier and I completed Basic training on 25 August 2006. I go to AIT in the summer. As of now I am a 44C but I will be transfering to active duty sometime next month as a 96B with the intent of going to Airborne School. My goal in the Army is to become an Army Ranger officer. I hope to learn a lot from all of you ranger veterans

Welcome. You've got a long road. You are the only one that is stopping you from achieving your goals. If you really want it don't let the motherfuckers get you down. That's what they are looking for. Good luck and remember RLTW.

Welcome to the site. Thank you for your desire to serve as a US Army Ranger. There are several reasons the word 'Ranger' is always capatilized.

All it takes is a little research and using your cranium section.
