Intro - Reluctant Civilian
Hello - I served 5 years in the Army and 2 years as a reservist. My MOS was 91S (Preventive Medicine). My first duty station was Ft. Stewart, I deployed to Haiti in support of Operation Uphold Democracy. I came back and went to a unit at Hunter Army Airfield. While still at Ft. Stewart, I met a Ranger. I had been told all the horror stories about those Rangers at Hunter and decided to stay away from him. He decided not to give me the option. We have been married for 10 years and have 2 girls. My husband grew up in Battalion and went to Ranger School. When his time was up and my re-enlistment came around. He bacame a reservist and I re-enlisted for Redstone Arsenal, AL. In 1998 I got out of the Army. He is still a reservist who just became a Warrant Officer last year. We are currently waiting for flight school. My screen name is reluctant civilian because I miss being a soldier and would love to serve again, but for now I am a proud Veteren and a proud Army wife.
Thank you to all the Rangers and Veterens on this board for your service.

Thank you for the welcomes.
Ranger Everett Ruess when I first found this site I registered right away. I started reading and looking around and sunk into the shadows. I didn't visit the site much after that. Recently I have been back on-line and have rediscovered this site. Hindsite is 20/20. I should have never registered right away. I should have waited until I was able to participate. Actually, I didn't realize it had been that long. Life seems to fly by at an astonishing pace sometimes.
Ranger Earthpig and Ranger Everett Ruess I will definately get my Ranger on here. I have been telling him about this site and have shown him some of the posts, he will definately enjoy it here.
