Proper Pushup form video
Proper Pushup form video
After doing some searching, I did find methods on how to do a proper pushup, but no visual aids. Thought I would post this to help some of the members with their workout routines. While it is from the Air Force, it is proper form. http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid ... up&pl=true

For the APFT, the feet can be together or up to 12 inches apart.

Good post, Adam411. Since you've shown some intiative, your reward is more work. Post a link showing proper form for situps.

I'm not sure if its great big balls of brass or pure blissful ignorance that would cause you to post a link to an Air Force video of the proper push up form on this site.
Oh well, added note- We do push-ups and sit-up evaluations to a 2-minute time limit, not one minute as stated in the video. Also your grader counting out loud for you each repetition has never happened for me...So I always count in my head and expect to have anywhere between 5 and 15 taken from me depending on how big a dick that particular grader wants to be that morning

This is a little off topic but I just wanna throw in that "Batteries for the IR Chemlight" and a "Prick-E5" got me when I was Private.152. The following items do not exist: Keys to the Drop Zone, A box of grid squares, blinker fluid, winter air for tires, canopy lights, or Chem-Light ® batteries.
