Need to know what to do for training

i'm chris norman and am planning to be a army ranger after highschool but i need to know what i should do to help me train to be a ranger. Plz include everything you think i should do. if it helps me specs are 5'11", 155lbs, 6% body fat
please let me know
tomahawk cruise missile= 1 million dollars
m1a2 abrahams tank= 1.3 million dollars

The best advice you can get right now is to go and hide. Clearly you didn't read any of the stickies/ FAQs or the PHYSICAL TRAINING forum.

You have a lot of reading to do.

Chris, you have only one opportunity to make a favorable initial impression. I'm giving you a marginal GO at this station. Right now I want you to read the FAQs, stickies and memorize the Ranger Creed (and while you're at it think about what it means to live by that creed). Almost every question you might have is answered -- you need to find the answer for yourself. Now, I want you to sit down and after thinking about it, tell me why you want to become a Ranger. Never, never quit!

sorry for being skinny and i'm 16 will be 17 in october. but i'm not just skin and bones i'm pretty beasty. last year when i was a freshman i could bench 160 5 times now i'm up around 190-200 i can also now squat about 250. about the workout, i just thought someone could give me a quick answer but i guess i'll just read.
