I'm a soft-skilled Tabless bitch....but I'm not scared
Fellow Rangers (If I may be so bold):
I shot an azimuth from airborneranger.com and found my way to the LPOP.
I want to extend a heartfelt thanx to everyone at the other site. They welcomed me in "out of the cold" (to quote a brother) and I have enjoyed myself immensely. I have already found a fellow Ranger to drink beers with on my upcoming trip to Texas.
I graduated RIP in May of '96 and spent the next three years in the Signal Detachment at RHQ. Never made it to BN and never got sent to school, not because of injuries- I just never went.
Some of you who have served as an HQ pogue since '97 may have experienced the computer capabilities the RGT has in the field. I am proud to say that I was instrumental in developing the first network that deployed with the Rangers, and the growth that it experienced over the next 15 or so deployments.
YES I am a computer geek. But at least I'm a computer geek that met the standards for over three years....and still do my best to live the Creed each and everyday.
To any and all Rangers: If you are ever in Wyoming, you have a home away from home. Oh yeah, my wifes a bartender, so drinks are on me too.
Damn, I just opened a BIG can of worms didnt I?

......of course we have good irish whiskey and Guinness. I realize that it's Wyoming and all....but it's also the 21st century my friend.
LOOK....we even have access to the internet!!!
Sheridan, Wyoming. It's on I-90 about 12 miles south of the Montana border.

WELCOME ABOARD
sounds inviting. I might get there in about 10 or 15 years. I'll have to drink my way across the country.
