greetings to the rangers and veterans of this excellent site. the information i have found has been indispensible, both for information on working my way to the Ranger Regiment, for everyday problems i deal with at my unit and the hilarious posts that brighten an otherwise shitty day. ive been reading post on this site for sometime, but kept my mouth shut and read. i plan on keeping it that way, unless otherwise addressed. if i got a question, the search button is my best friend.
i returned to ft lewis on the 23rd of october after a year in tal afar and mosul iraq. now all my effort is in going to ranger school and making my to a ranger bn. again thank you to the rangers that take their own time to maintain such an excellent site.

Glad to have you. Sure you want to be a Ranger? I mean, there are alot of jobs that pay better, have more civil environments, ......places that allow you to take a shower, eat well.....see females....and pssssssstt...those Ranger dudes...they aint right, ya know?

Yes, i am VERY sure i want to be a Ranger. It is what i have wanted since i came into the army. i could care less about pay. some things are just more important in life. as for being right in the head...not sure i ever had that :?
