Well, I know I'm going to get flak for being a puss, but I figure this is still the best place to go for help with this problem. I seemed to have seriously messed up my elbow as a result of pushups... I used to do like 800 or so a day, and now if I do more than 50 a day my elbow starts to hurt a whole lot and just gives out.
I tried staying off it for a couple weeks, but a few days into my routine (only 200 or less a day) the pain came back. So now I'm kind of torn... Should I just stay off it for like a whole month and accept the fact that I'll fall way behind where I was? Or has anyone else ever experienced anything like this and know of something better?

Drink water and take some motrin, then drink some more water and you will be fine!!!!!!!
