intro

Post by Parker »

Hey all, im intoducing myself for the first time. I am 14 years old, currently in 9th grade, looking to go to a boarding school next year. My closest link to the service is my cousin, who is attending West Point next year. My grandfather, and his two brothers also served in WW2, as surgeons. I am aspiring to become a Ranger someday. Im joining the forum so i can make a reply after reading a good thread, and to learn more about the Rangers in general. Hope to talk to you all over the next couple of months.

Welcome young man. Assume from your under avatar comment you fence. Sabre, Epee, Foil? Any good?

Impressive. I fenced Sabre in High School. I was dis-qualified from my first National competition for kicking a guys ass at the competition after I beat him in the competition. He said I was lucky....so I whipped his ass. Blue Bloods don't like ass whippings....guess that is why I became a Ranger.

Welcome Parker.

I am pretty good at fencing myself, why only this weekend, I put up about 150 ft of good ol' Texas bobwire.

Welcome, Parker! It is not every 9th grader who knows where they are going, so you are already ahead of the pack. Keep your eyes on the goal and do something every day that moves you one step closer. Coming to this site is a huge one! Believe the advice you get here, and try not to pick up too many bad habits.
