Putting my new marksmanship skills to use (pic)

I shot this nice little 8 pointer about 2 hours ago on a friends farm. Bastard had a lot of fight in him, took me 3 shots with my 7mm magnum before he was down for good, the last shot going right through his heart and out the other side. But the best part was dragging it a little over a mile through creekbeds, logs, and thornbushes.

Hey I only qualified sharpshooter. But seriously that was one tough deer, bastard was still trying to get up with his stomache hanging out. Alot of the meat is probably useless.

Shit, mine went down with only one. One shot, one kill.

I hear you on dragging it out. Mine went down in a gully and I was smoked by the time I dragged it out to the trail. I think it fell down there just to spite me.

Nice one. I figure to have my last day on earth dragging something out of the woods! Or maybe throwing down on the old lady. :D
