Thanks, everyone
I got a neoprene waste band and have been running with it to help shed inches around the waste.
Also my mile run is 6:52 and 2 mile is 15:56
I bench 290
and my 40 yard time is 5.1
Again, thanks for all the comments and I will heed your words.
As of now I am running 2 miles a day, one in the morning and one in the evening, always through different terrain.
Appreciate everything - Baysix

Bench press doesn't mean shit. Niether does that sprint time.
How many push ups can you do in 2 minutes?
How many sit ups can you do in 2 minutes?
How many pullups can you do?
Can you run 5 miles in less than 40 minutes?
Can you walk 12 miles with 60 pounds of gear in less than 3 hours?
Can you climb a 35 ft rope?
These are the questions you need to be asking yourself. I highly suggest you work on these and stay off the weights.

Thanks Ranger H8 Train
I can do 50 pushups in 2 minutes, I know, anything more than that Im not sure.
Havent tested myself on situps but last time I tried in 2 minutes I think I got around 50 as well.
I can do about 4 pullups (well thats the most Ive done anyways)
Never timed myself on 5 miles... nor have I walked 12 miles with 60 lbs of gear, but thank you for the heads up so I can better myself through training.
And as far as the rope goes, I suck.. but I will be able to when the time comes.
Again, thanks for everything.
