If you’re 6ft 145lb, I would definitely try to pack on some weight before basic. Some people might disagree with this but I would suggest joining CrossFit gym. That being said make sure you are doing those specific PT test exercises and running enough. Also make sure you’re in a calorie surplus daily and are getting enough protein.
