Roger Ranger Rangerjd. The video is important to where I am now, because as of right now Im "less than likely" to succeed in my endeavors. I can either give up, or try my best to prove my odds wrong. My odds can change for the better if I don't give up.

Roger, Ranger Rangertough. I am 14 years old.

The policy of armyranger.com is that every active member here must be at least 16 years old. You may lurk on the site for the time being.

Right now you have two tasks:
1. Send me a PM giving me the date you will turn 16, this is the opportunity for you to ask appropriate questions.
2. You may not post on this site until you have had your 16th birthday.

Push ups: 55
Sit ups: 91
Pull ups: 8
2 mile run: 14:23

In roughly the past year and a half I have lost 70 pounds. I Still don't feel like I've done enough, and my goal now is to improve on strength training as I have focused mostly on running. I graduate high school in 8 months, and plan on enlisting right when I turn 17.

Ranger Jim, I am 5'11, 189. I am not content with my running yet either, and have been working hard to improve.

Hello Rangers,
Sorry for the lack of posting, lately I have been running a lot and am down to 175. This weekend I am running in my first half-marathon, I am excited to see how I will do in the freezing temperatures. I also have been continuing to improve my PT scores.
Push ups: 65
Sit ups: 92
Pull ups: 8 from a deadhang (I can do 12-13 chin ups)
Two mile run: ? (Haven't timed one lately as I have been on a training program for the half-M. I plan to test this within the next week to see how much I have improved ).

Rangers,
Today was my 17th birthday, and i went to my recruiter to complete my pre-enlistment paperwork and finger prints/SASVAB pull. He also looked and called for an 11x option 40 contract, with no luck. He told me that it is very unlikely that any spots would open until the new fiscal year, and then went on trying to sway me into another mos. Im only interested in an 11x option 40 contract though and am willing to wait until one becomes available, just thought I would give an update!

Good update Evan. Do you have up to date PT numbers? You've been gone for quite awhile! Welcome back.

Ranger Disinfertention,
Push ups: 70
Sit ups: 91
Chin ups: 14
2 mile run: 13:12 (from two weeks ago, going to run another tomorrow)
5 mile run: 37:29
Not an excuse, but I wasn't 100% as I recently have had my wisdom teeth removed.

Great PT numbers. Keep up whatever you are doing to support that. Be patient for what you want from the Army. It is your career. Don't let the recruiters tell you anything different.
