I thought this is one of the strangest stories I've read in a long time.

Wow. That is an awesome story. Really intriguing.

From what I have read, this guy was a complete leech and thief. He was totally dependent on the community and people he refused to associate with. He did not learn, or care to learn, how to hunt, fish, trap, use woodcraft, use the woods in any creative or resourceful way except to find a good hiding place, or any real survival skills. His greatest skills were stealth and burglary. Everything he used was stolen from others, even his source of heating and cooking. I rank him right down there with the guys who would steal food from others during RS and somewhere below the level of a barracks thief.
