Ranger Jim, I make it a habit of touching my chest to the ground on push ups and going all the way up/down on my sit ups. According to a Ranger that is a good friend of mine, my form is good! My recruiter said I don't have to touch my chest to the ground for the PT test though.

Ranger Jim, I have read that I should do chest to grounds for training, but also do 90* push ups for practice for the APFT. I will keep doing my chest to grounds!

Did another PT Test today:

Push ups-75
Sit ups-66
2 Mile Run-15:20
Pull ups-21

Was slower on my run today...need to up my cardio!
