Although this is a rock band, I would bet there's not a man here, young, old or in-between, that can't relate to the words in this song. The thoughts of a young soldier trying to write home before a mission.
I think it's a great song, some may think it's anti-war, meh, whatever, its just music and I enjoy it. It's sung slow enough that even you old buzzards will be able to understand the lyrics.
