For those who read the initial post and fail to read the rest of thread - go read the rest of the thread prior to posting a reply. Ensure you demonstrate attention to detail. There is no point looking like a dumbass when this is something you have control over. I just read the whole thread (for the umpteenth time) and it doesn't take that long. Get your shit together DEP'ers. Some of you get it already, so if this doesn't apply to you then PM your buddies and tell them how to fix their mistakes.
