Introduction- Jared

Greetings Rangers,

My name is Jared, I'm 18 years old, and I recently enlisted in the U.S. Army with an 11X contract w/ Option 40. I've always had my mind set on joining the Army as an infantryman because two of my older brothers are prior service 11B's. One of my close friends was in 1/75th for 2 years and seeing him change from an immature college student into a highly motivated, high-speed individual inspired me to get my Option 40 and try to become an Army Ranger. I ship out first week of April 2012. I'm looking forward to gathering advice and information to help me graduate RASP and earn my tan beret. I have the utmost respect for all of you Rangers and any advice given would be much appreciated. I'm also aware that I need to change my username so if someone could point me to an admin that would also be appreciated.
