Evidently all 7.62/.308 battle type rifle are heavier than fuck, especially after you scope them and have a 20 round mag in them. Kind of why I am seeing the wisdom in a .308 bolt gun configured as a scout rifle.

Shouldn't be to hard to find a NMG (National Match Grade) rifle.
