Hi everyone. Nice to know such a resource exists. The boys over at SOCNET suggested I visit. I am from Washington State and served with 1/75 many moons ago. 1975-1977. I need to read up on FAQ and such to ensure I go about requesting vetting w/o violating protocol. Either way, nice to be here. :)

I still miss my old M-60. She was heavy and could be temperamental, but I loved that gun...

There's a few ol' folk in here you'll recognize.
And if you decide to stay after that
the fun is just beginning.
Welcome back to the patrol base.

A Co. 2nd platoon, weapons squad. Were you on the jump with CSM Caro and Spec 4 Quick? Coming back from Panama I think. I was in Ranger school at the time, IIRC.

No, missed that one - I was otherwise engaged at the time.
Rock Island Ranger and I both replied to your verification request, so you shouldn't be hanging around out here in the cold too long, once the gears start turning behind the scenes. Hawk was going to sign on later and comment too, don't know if he got a chance to log in yet.
Welcome to the board again, Ranger. Nice to see some more FOG's here, even if (I'm sure) I have a couple years on you.
