ASVAB score?

A good friend of mine used to be a recruiter and he told me i needed to score atleast a 50 on the ASVAB test to join the Rangers but I have read online that you only need to get a 31. Who is right?

It's been a very long time since I was in. I can't recall which scores are which, but I do remember that one of them needed to be at least a 110. Sorry it's so foggy...

If you only score a 50 on the ASVAB you better have a head injury. If not your squad is going to have a lot of fun with you
