Hey. My name is Devin and I'm 14 years old. I heard about the Rangers a few months ago from a friend a couple years older than me, and since then I've been interested in researching and possibly joining the armed forces. I'm looking into the Army, and I've always done my hardest to achieve the best in everything I enter, so if I do, I'll be striving for the Rangers. I haven't looked into all possibilites for my life yet, and this isn't something I've set my heart on, but I must say that it slowly is becoming everything I want. Hearing stories about the Rangers and listening to the sort of training you go through, it really gets me pumped up and I can't wait to find out more.
Thanks for all you guys have done for our country, and one day I hope I'll be able to join you.

Well, let's face it. Many of the young 'uns out there don't respond to following directions well. They want to debate everything to death first and issue 2-3 200 word rambling explanations/apologies after they've been shut down. Statistically, he doesn't stand much of a chance, even here, unless he already has his head screwed on right.

Fourteen years old. I knew everything about most everything between the ages of 14-16 and you couldn't tell me different. Should we just say goodbye now and get it over with?

Welcome Devin! This is where the big boys play so be REALLY careful about what you say, because here it is all about respect, if you don't show it, watch out, if one Ranger doesn't get ya, Ranger Dis will be on your ass like white on rice!

I'm glad you guys were nice to me when I came on! Haha

heh...Thanks for the welcome and the warning. I know that I don't know much about this, and I'd really appreciate it if you gave me a chance. I'm open to everything you guys have to say, and I'm pretty certain it's going to be right pretty much all of the time. I don't want to argue, I don't want to get banned, I just want to learn more about it all so I can decide if this is what I want.
