So all you care about is eating?

Good questions. Those are not Association events and I don't have an answer for you, and there may be a cost to attend, but I will find out next week. Maybe others here know the answers.

Only because I will be drinking inbetween eating.
I was also curios about the state of the regiment and all the other non-association stuff.

McD: I spoke with the RS5 NCOIC today and he says the FRG luncheon is invite only. He thought the 35th Anniversary was open but did not know about price. Bring an extra $10 with you and you should be GTG. If you go the the 75th RRA site, you'll find the schedule of events posted. The events not hosted by the Association are listed in red type.

Jenny Lynn: No yoga on Saturday. We don't want anyone to hurt themselves until after the banquet. And a side note: the yoga classes are led by Association secretary John Chester's wife and she is a qualified instructor. Me, I don't do yoga.

While it is not listed on any schedule anywhere, traditionaly, Friday night at the H.I.N. turns into quite the beer blast in the hotel quad.
Not that anyone hung over on mass produced carbonated novelty beverege (aka "millers")would want to do yoga, but if they did, not holding a class is one way to keep the carpets clean.
Hangovers are also a good way to keep all of saturday morning's association business meetings shorter and more peaceful so we can get on with things!

We don't officially publish it anywhere, but the Association has a beer truck on site at the Holiday Inn. There is no charge. We went through more than 70 kegs two years ago. The Regiment had vans to drive the active duty Rangers to and from the Holiday Inn.

When to "Boys" show up at the Holiday Inn after the No Host BBQ at Lawson ..... the real fun begins.

Haven't heard much from any of the "active" guys here.
