Thanks for the sitrep Joel. Just had a conversation with kozzman555 and from what he told me, the two of you are in the same rotation. He just finished Cole too.

Done with week three! So far I've stayed under the radar, aside from someone with a last name very similar to mine almost getting me dropped on day 2 But that got straightened out right away, and thankfully I haven't recieved any further 'special' attention from the cadre. There were a few guys that got day 1 restarts during range week for stupid mistakes, so I'm definately not letting my guard down. It's not over until it's over.

We had a good terrain run yesterday, I'm using this weekend to hydrate and let my legs recover for the 12 mile ruck this coming week. The cool thing about the terrain run is that it is a team based event where everyone has to come together. There is no way to complete it on your own.

To anyone going to RIP in the near future; RIP is completely doable. The key to RIP is just suck it up and drive on.

Anyways, looking forward to next Friday when my class finally gets to don our tan berets! They took down our beret sizes yesterday, that was incredibly motivating!
