Hooah....let me know how cardio day goes.

I subsituted bike for run again. Level 1 one minute, level 2 one minute and so on until I hit level 14, held that for one minute, level 13 one minute and so on until I was back down to level 1.

Ranger Ndog275,

I did the 4 mile ruck. My weight was 37 lbs. and time came out to 14:15 min./mile. I packed the weight different than I usually do this time. Big mistake. In my little experience with rucking, for me, how you pack the weight seems to makes all the difference.

Thanks for helping and mentoring us Ranger Ndog275. We appreciate it.

Ranger Ndog275,

I had to double up today. I did Weather or Not and then the 3-mile run.

Good job on the ruck/run and/or swim.

A number of years ago, the Army did a study and the findings showed that you're 4 mile time is a direct indicator of how you'll do on longer ones, namely the 12-16 mile range.

Enjoy the rest day. I'm sure Ranger Nomad will have something creative for Monday

Take today off since I was late in posting this. Work got in the way. Mea culpa.

For Tuesday, you are going to do the following:

8 Pull Ups
50 yard dash (100%)
25 Crunches

Complete this ten times.

Make sure you stretch really good before you do this. We are going to work on a lot more plyometric stuff this month.

There might be a week here and there in which I will ask for Ranger NDog275 to take over while I am busy. Continue on with your outstanding attitudes that you've shown for the last five months. I seriously cannot tell you guys enough how impressed I am with you as a group.

Ranger Nomad,

Tuesday WO complete. Substituted sprints with burpees. Since I haven't been running outside enough, I'm gonna start using the school treadmills Mondays and Wednesdays.
