I had to sub squats for box jumps, which definitely helped my time. Finished in 11:00.

Men,

Was out of town this past weekend and work was hell today. Therefore, I didn't get a chance to view this and did a different workout. I'll try to get on the same page as the rest of you from here on. Tyler, are you posting the wo's or just whoever posts first leads for that day? Hope everybody had a good weekend. This is what I did earlier today:

Warm Up with Abfidel (untimed) 1 Round

WO:
5 Pull Ups
10 Push Ups
15 Squats

20 minutes as many rounds as possible.
I got 20 rounds (average score, done better & done worse)

2 mile cool down run

Sounds good to me. Morning vs. afternoon is going to be a day by day thing for me this week, but I'll be here.

My damn watch stopped again, so I don't know what I did. However, I definitely wasn't in the 20 minute range.
