Thanks and that's a good piece of information to know. Hey did Mark Cuban ever wind up buying the Cubs?

The auction for the Chicago Cubs is down to five bidders, with Mark Cuban's reported $1.3 billion bid seen as the early favorite.

(Bids may go well in excess of Cuban's $1.3 Billion bid if..... ooops, I mean WHEN the Cubs win the World Series this year! :wink: :D )

The other bidders include a group led by Clarion Capital Partners LLC managing director Mark Utay, Incapital LLC chief executive Tom Ricketts, blank-check company Sports Properties Acquisition Corp. and either MVC Capital Inc. chairman Michael Tokarz or Chicago realtor Hersh Klaff.

The next phase of the auction will begin in September after a month-long period of due diligence to include exploring the team's data room.

Right, WHEN they win!! {wink wink}

I like Cuban, but everyonce in a while I think he gets in the way. Wish he had kept Findley, Nowitzki and Nash together on the Mavericks.

Oh please, warn somebody before you do that. I was drinking a Sprite when I read that and some of it is on my computer screen now. And my nose stings!

You forgot to say: "that there turnada like ta near got us!"

Enid is near Jet, our favorite place to go duck and geese hunting.

Welcome, Boudicca! I went to Basic at Ft. Sill; Biggest hole-in-the-Earth that I can recall. Only Ft. Rucker, Alabama was worse I've yet to encounter more mobile home parks or girls willing to do this-or-that than either of those locations! :D

From the Parent welcome's thus far, yours has been the most enjoyable!

Ahh, Ft Sill, mmmmphhh, hahaha, our little piece of hell. Green Country aka Tulsa, much better. Ft Sill area has good Sand Hill Crane hunting though, and,
well, that's about it.

Thanks, I am enjoying ArmyRanger.com so much. I've been on civilian forums, but the liberal douches there were making me want to cut a vein.

Sounds like a question I asked in PLDC when IMT ing by myself toward the OPFOR and being told by SSG US Army and Name Tape Only to get back in my "fucking fox hole".

Told him I thought it was a "fighting position"...
