Another Intro

Post by rangermatt »

Greetings to all, and job well done on a good looking website.

My name's Matt. I served in 3rd and 1st Platoons, Aco, 1/75 as an infantryman. My ranger school class date was 8-87, and it carried over until 9-87, as I was recycled in Florida phase.

After graduating from college, I re-entered the army as a Cavalry Officer, and served as a tank and scout platoon leader, and also as a brigade level logistics officer in 1st Cavalry Division.

I don't recommend that any of my ranger buds go into legland after serving in the batt. Their standards are nowhere close to what you are used to, and you will find yourselves alternating between deep frustration and murderous rage.

anyway, I digress.

My apologies to the site admin for not making my introductions prior to posting.

Ranger Matt,
Welcome Sir. Thank you for your service to this great country.
