Unless it has changed,
You can wear the Unit cites if in that unit OR if there when they were earned.
Goes from bottom to top:
Pocket: Expert Rifle and other school awards (Scuba bubble, Pathfinder etc)
Above pocket: Salad bowl (Ribbons)
About Salad Bowl: Jump wings and flash
Above that CIB, EIB
At least that is how I remember it. Probably wrong though, I remember when you could still smoke a cerries ass!!!!

It's been a while, and I can not locate my copy of AR670-1, but here goes...
All members of the unit wear "Unit Citations".
Only if you were with the unit during the operation/action for which the citation was awarded, may you wear the citation on your uniform, regardless of whether or not your current unit has been awarded said citation.
:D I'm as drunk as theople pink I am.
Also, badges above ribbons unless obscured by the lapel. In which case they go on the pocket.

I would think the CIB goes above the EIBrangercamaro wrote:Unless it has changed,

I don't think I've ever seen a CIB and EIB worn together. Do they/you/them.

They are two different awards. The CIB is worn higher or above all else. Only the Medal Of Honor worn around the neck is higher. The MOH may look lower but it starts around the back of the neck. No other award is worn in this manner. The MOH is the highest!McD wrote:I don't think I've ever seen a CIB and EIB worn together. Do they/you/them.

That is what I thought. I only asked because an earlier post made it sound like both were worn.
Wish I had a CIB :(

If you have an Expeditionary Medal it is just as good as a CIB. JMHOMcD wrote:That is what I thought. I only asked because an earlier post made it sound like both were worn.
