It was me who started asking him questions about his exersize. I told him it was ok to respond to a workout related question.

He's already figured out his mistake with the Heathen. It won't happen again.

Let him stay.

I feel this young man has LOT's of potential. As far as me being his mentor, I would think his best chance of success would be with someone with more (or more recent) time in Battalion, preferabbly with the coveted Black & Gold Tab.

If noone with better/recent qualifications steps forward, I would be proud to share what I know with this young man as his mentor.
