Morning Texan...welcome here. So you tabbed as a Bradley dude from the 1/5 and the got out? You gave up all that fun to do what now?

I ETS'd before they switched over to the Stryker Brigade stuff, so no bradley/stryker time.

They were locking everyone down for 2 years so the could stand up the new platform, so going over the fence/ROPE was out of the question as well as SFAS since I wouldn't have enough time in service left (I believe 2 years is/was required for SFAS/Selection).

I didn't want to chance being stuck in an already low-tier brigade (should injury/retardation prevent being selected), with the prospect of having to convert/cross-train into the 11M role, with the added gayness of working in and around the motor pool entails.

Now just do custom computer builds, repair, etc.. while trying to finish a degree in computer an electrical engineering.

Been pondering going the contractor route overseas to build a solid financial base.

No worries Ranger Silverback .... the time gap in registering and being able to successfully log-in, provided me ample time to become proficient with the search function.
