Ranger cams,

I have sucessfully used that screen ID on Yahoo (bluezman_26), on MSN at one point (bluezman_28), which I haven't used in years and doubt is still active, on Rock.com (bluezman), and on Napster back when dinosaurs roamed the earth (bluezman).
I honestly can't remember all the sites where the name was already in use other than Pogo.com. I hope that relieves the itch  . If I think of anymore I will be sure to list them.
Respectfully,

Bluezman

Rick,

If a 18 y/o stud can set his goal and become a Ranger then a man who has been around the block a few times can do so as well. Most of us when we got to BN were young who had 30 year olds smoking us to the ground (PSGs and 1SGs). You will need to drop 2 minutes on your run though. If you can enter Active with a 14:00 minute 2 mile run then you will be fine. However, you need to get her down to at least 14. Then once you get to Basic and AIT you can work on dropping an additional 30 sec to 1 minute.

I will be 35 soon and I am running at 13:23 and working on getting it below 13 minutes. Believe me the only group runs that run below 6:30/mile are at the squad level. Most PLT runs are around 7 and company runs level out around 8.

Just curious, how much do you weigh? Please post height and weight.

Ranger Capellanus,

I am 5'10" tall and am currently at 180.5 lbs. I checked my body mass on Hooah 4 You.com and the formula calculated my ideal weight around 160. My body fat percentage is fairly low however.
Thankyou a great deal for your insight...Time to go run my ass off!

All right, then! The reason I gave you the task is so that you have a good base point to develop from. There is plenty of data in the PT thread that will enable your development.

Nice choice for your signature. Ayn Rand is a super writer for my money.
