SGT(p) been in for a little over 7 years, joined the Signal Corps. Served in nothing but MSE line battalions the entire time. I have deployed to Iraq 3 times:
OIF1: Bushmaster, Dogwood, BIAP, Baghdad, Lions and alot of other small COBs and FOBs (1AD)
OIF2: LSA Anaconda (Garrison in Iraq if there ever was) (29th SIG)
OIF4: FOB Castle/ FOB Sykes - Tall Afar (Attached to 2/3 ACR and 1AD)
It is a pain in the ass to get orders for RIP/ROP as a Signal Soldier, but things are looking up now, after 2 years of trying to go 25C enroute I might be getting my opportunity.
This regular Army shit is for the birds, everytime I hear joe bitch about living in air conditioned trailers with 3 hot meals a day I wanna jump off a fucking cliff.
