Graduation
Today I graduated Airborne School. It was a great over all experience. Not only did I get to jump out of a plane, but I also was able to conquer my fear of heights. We graduated on the drop zone because some of 1st plt didnt have 5 jumps and had to finish up this morning. Afterwards while my chalk was waiting for trans we were able to see 4 guys do a HALO jump onto fryar field. I was very impressed!
Anyway, due to Veterans Day I am off Monday. So I while be going over to RIP hold Tuesday morning. I'm looking forward to the challenges ahead of me and finally beginning what I came into the Army to do.

Congrats there Paratrooper. Well, almost paratrooper - gotta break your cherry now & stop being a 5 jump chump
Seriously now, the big leagues are just around the corner. You already know what's coming - and we're looking forward to your "got the beret that counts" thread.
