Discovery Military Channel

At the top of the hour there is something on called US Army Rangers. I am not sure whether or not this is anything worth watching but it may be worth checking out.

I've seen this before...they actually set the buildings on fire during the live fire sequence.

Yea, their missions were all so secret in I Corps that nobody seems to remember now, just exactly what the hell it is they did over there.

SB, Did you happen to catch the instructor in the Mountains, giving a squared away Air Assault Class. :D Can't miss the Fat Head! :shock:

I saw it today, and it was fantastic!

The Normandy beach assault was incredibly heroic, sad to see the great men collapsing from gunfire, but to see them swarm those bunkers was a sight to behold. The amazing courage and determination..

And to hear about how the phrase "Rangers, Lead the way!" came about.. just awesome!

I have it taped on DVR. I wonder if I'll get to keep this cable box when I PCS? Probably not, but I'll look into seeing if it's possible to use a DVD recorder to transfer my movies to DVD.
