So, those waivers that people have to sign to do that sort of stuff aren't good for anything?

Then again, they DID allow a guy that didn't have the right amount of limbs for a harness to jump. They're probably pretty negligent, unless they explicitly told the guy about it and he signed off on it.

I don't know, I can see it both ways. He signed a waiver saying he was cool with accidental death or injury, but they probably put him at more risk than normal.

Back in '94 I saw a corporal burn out at 10,000.

Awfull sight... He kept his feet together though.
