I just returned from a reunion where I met some people who suggested I join, so here I am. I enlisted in 1965, took Basic at Ft Benning, AIT at Ft Sill. Was in 4th Div LRRP from 8/67 to 12/67 & in E/58 LRP (ABN) from 12/67 to 8/68, (RVN). Went to FT Bragg in XVIII ABN CORPS, G-3. Left active duty in 1971. Joined CO B, 19th SFG in 1971, left in 1980. I became editor of "Patrolling" magazine in 2000 (published by the 75th Ranger Regiment Association) and Secretary in 2004, Both positions I currently hold. After active duty I attended law school, but decided I didn't like lawyers after I was one. Currently retired
