Thank you for letting me join. My son is in phase three of Ranger Training. Can anyone tell me anything about the graduation? We need to make arrangements soon. I hope this is the right place to ask this, if not, please forgive this newbie and give me directions to proper source. Thank you.

Thanks to all who responded. After an hour on the phone with someone with a very thick accent, I managed to get airfare to Fort Benning. I was there for RIP, missed Airborne, but will be thrilled to get back for the real deal.
My son has been in for three years, but due to his MOS and multiple deployments, his training was postponed a couple times. He was so happy to finally get the chance to go. He intends to re-enlist. When you are the mother of a Ranger-in-training, you live balanced between fear and pride. To honor his efforts, I try to stay more on the pride side. Thank you all for serving, and for inspiring my son to be the best he can be.
Off topic...Whenever my son is on deployment, to honor him and his fellow Rangers, I would like to display the Ranger flag along with the American flag at the entrance to my property. Can any one tell me the proper protocol...do you fly the flag to the left on entering or leaving the property? Or should I fly the Ranger flag under the American flag? It goes with out saying that we keep a light on at night, and take it down when it storms. Thanks again.

Welcome ma'am and thanks for raising a Warrior.
You both have made sacrifices' for your country and that does not go unnoticed in our community.
As far as your flags go, there is specific etiquette to hanging and or displaying your flags, you seem to have a good grasp on some of it already, but to be sure search for "flag etiquette" on the net, you'll probably find it under a VFW site or some such. There is at least two pages of proper display instructions.
Search it out, and welcome again.

According to protocol you should fly the flag to your right as you look at your property. It would be to your left as you are leaving your property. Or your could fly it under the American Flag which would save you from putting up a second flag pole.
